Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Nagreski Law, LLC ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our internal billing systems, and how we handle it.
Information we collect. When you contact us through this website, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message content you provide. When you become a client, we collect additional information necessary to represent you, governed by our engagement agreement and the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct.
Internal billing systems. We use a private, internal billing application (the "Billing App") that integrates with our QuickBooks Online account to generate and send invoices. The Billing App accesses our own QuickBooks Online company data through Intuit's developer APIs. It does not collect or share information about visitors to this website.
How we use information. We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, provide legal services, send invoices, and meet our legal and ethical obligations.
How we share information. We do not sell your information. We share it only with vendors that help us operate (e.g., QuickBooks Online for billing, Airtable for matter management, Google Workspace for email), each of which is bound by its own confidentiality and data-handling commitments.
Your rights. You may contact us at adam@nagreskilaw.com to ask what information we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion (subject to our legal and ethical record-retention obligations).
Security. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
